Community Groups

Userbus lets you easily sync Blackbaud community groups to ParentSquare. There's no need to manually upload CSV files.

One challenge of syncing community groups is that they may include members that aren't staff, parents, students, or emergency contacts. ParentSquare's integration interface focuses on those user types. But community groups may include members that are guests.

To accommodate this, Userbus developed technology that complements ParentSquare's interface. This technology can sync and manage guest users automatically. To our knowledge, Userbus is the only ParentSquare integration with this capability.

With this technology, Userbus takes the worry out of syncing your school's community groups to ParentSquare. You can rest assured that every group member can be synced, including employees, students, parents, emergency contacts, and guests.

Sync Times

The sync can run:

  • On demand at any time by logging in to Userbus's web portal and clicking the Run button. ParentSquare processes the data around midnight Eastern Time. ParentSquare support can process it on demand if needed.
  • On a schedule that you can adjust in the web portal.
